GrantExec Release Notes: Version 1.13

The GrantExec engineering team is excited to announce our latest updates! In version 1.13, we’ve rolled out new features, enhanced functionalities, and key bug fixes to make your experience more efficient and robust.

New Features

Pro Trial Access: 7 Days of Intelligent Grant Research + GrantGPT

New customers can now experience 7 days of intelligent grant research, free of charge. Our platform offers access to a comprehensive, continually updated database of grant opportunities spanning federal, state, local, and private sources, so you always have the latest options at your fingertips. Let us handle the searching—we’ll deliver tailored grant matches daily, ensuring you see the best prospects without the effort. Plus, GrantGPT, our AI-driven analysis and grant-writing assistant, accelerates your workflow with data-backed insights and drafts, helping you move closer to funding success.

Google SSO

With the addition of Google Single Sign-On, users can now log in securely using their Google accounts. This streamlines the authentication process and enhances security, providing a faster, more seamless experience for both new and returning users.

ACH Debit Support

We’ve implemented ACH Debit as a payment option, offering a secure and efficient alternative to credit card transactions through Stripe. This feature is especially useful for users managing multiple accounts or who prefer ACH for greater payment flexibility.

Custom Grant Tracking Feeds via API

For developers, industry organizations, and researchers, we now support custom grant tracking through our API. You can define specific criteria, and we’ll deliver live, tailored grant feeds directly to your system in near-real-time. This integration enables a more personalized and automated approach to grant tracking, ideal for specialized use cases.

Explorer Access Without Org Profile

We’ve removed the need for an organizational profile to access the Explorer tool. This change lowers the barrier to entry, allowing users to dive into our grant data as soon as they log in.

Enhanced Platform Settings for LLM Support

We’ve expanded support for new LLMs to optimize grant analysis and matching. We now support GPT-o1, Llama 3.1, and Claude 3.5.

Recurring Email Templates

With recurring email templates, users can now automate routine communications. This feature simplifies staying connected with prospects or clients, ensuring consistent and timely outreach without manual effort.

Quality of Life Improvements

Fuzzy Search for Issue Area Filter

We’ve enhanced the Issue Area filter with fuzzy search capabilities. This means that users can now find relevant grants even if their search terms aren’t an exact match, improving the overall search flexibility and accuracy.

Post Sign-In Redirection to Explorer Page

After logging in, users are now automatically redirected to the Explorer page. This ensures that they are immediately directed to the tools and data that matter most, optimizing workflow efficiency from the start.

Bug Fixes

Grant Count Synchronization Across Views

We resolved an inconsistency in grant counts between the Timeline and Explorer pages. With this fix, users will now see synchronized data across these views, providing a consistent and reliable experience when tracking grants.

Pluralization Fixes in HTML Email Templates

An issue with pluralization in our email templates has been corrected, ensuring that subject lines and content reflect accurate grammar and readability.
