CRESCENT CITIES CHARITIES FUNDS WILL BE USED FOR THE SHERIFF'S SHOP WITH A COP CHRISTMAS PROGRAM. STUDENTS FROM THREE SCHOOLS ARE INCLUDED IN THE PROGRAM AND THEY WILL ALSO BE SERVED LUNCH AFTER THEIR SHOPPING TRIP.

CRESCENT CITIES CHARITIES FUNDS WILL BE USED TO SUPPORT THE EOD FLAG PROGRAM, WHICH IS BEING ESTABLISHED IN 2021, AND WILL CREATE A YEARLY MEMORIAL TO HONOR AND REMEMBER ALL DECEASED EOD TECHS, REGARDLESS OF YEARS OF SERVICE, BRANCH, OR CAUSE OF DEATH. THERE ARE 144 EOD TECH GRAVES LOCATED IN THE DC/VA/MD AREA, WITH THE MAJORITY (118) LOCATED AT ARLINGTON NATIONAL CEMETERY. THE GRANT WILL COVER THE PURCHASING OF THE TWO FLAGS, POSTAGE, AND SUPPLIES AT AN ESTIMATED COST OF $10 PER EOD TECH.
