GRANTEE agrees that these funds will be expended specifically for charitable, educational, scientific, or literary purposes. GRANTEE may not use any funds for participating or intervening in any political campaign on behalf of or in opposition to any candidate for public office within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the Code. GRANTEE may not use any funds for carrying on propaganda or attempting to influence legislation within the meaning of the Code.
