Provided funding for Jeff Levin Life Coaching to create a mental health program for high school students. Connecting the Dots: 10 day Mental Health Challenge and "The Show". To help students feel less stressed and anxious. The Ten-Day Challenge program explains the global factors that are making everyone more anxious and offers students tips and techniques to make them feel more confident and present, thus reducing their stress and anxiety. The program includes short videos, some quick homework, and a Discord page where everything, including comments can be posted. Parents are invited to participate, learn about the program and things they can do to help their child. The creation and production of a multi-media assembly to kick-off the 10-day challenge program to encourage students to express their stressors as well as what calms them down.
