Bessie S. Graham Music Fund

The Bessie S. Graham Music Fund supports programs that promote the understanding and appreciation of music and provide education for music students and musicians in Allentown, Pennsylvania, and the surrounding area. Grants are awarded to organizations operating within these goals, with typical awards ranging from $500 to $20,000. On average, ten grants are issued annually. Eligible applicants must be 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations. Funding is limited to music education initiatives and programs that enhance community appreciation of music. Applications are accepted year-round but must be submitted by January 31 to be considered during the annual grant meeting in March. Grant recipients may be required to submit periodic progress reports on funded projects. Upon submission, applicants receive an automated email confirmation.
