2025 ‘Ewa Beach Community Fund

The Ewa Beach Community Fund is administered by the Hawai‘i Community Foundation (HCF), a nonprofit dedicated to supporting charitable efforts throughout the Hawaiian Islands. HCF was established to improve the quality of life for Hawai‘i residents through community-based philanthropic efforts and targeted grantmaking. Applications requesting more than $5,000 are expected to be from 501(c)(3) organizations or those with a qualified fiscal sponsor. The application process is conducted entirely online through HCF’s Grants Portal. The deadline for submission is May 19, 2025, at 4:00 PM HST. Applicants are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the portal in advance and ensure their organization profile is updated and certified prior to submission. Applicants must complete four detailed sections: Program Overview, Program Information, Budget, and Supporting Documents & Certification. Key required details include the project’s title, location, duration, targeted age/gender groups, and alignment with HCF’s CHANGE framework.
