The Impact 100 Indy Leaders of the Future (LOF) Program is an initiative designed to support individuals aspiring to become philanthropic leaders by covering the cost of membership to Impact 100. The program provides participants with hands-on experience in nonprofit grant-making and philanthropic activities, encouraging their active involvement in all aspects of the organization. Recipients join Focus Area Committees, participate in board activities, and engage with the broader Impact 100 community. Eligible applicants must live in Marion County or its surrounding counties (Hamilton, Hancock, Shelby, Johnson, Morgan, Hendricks, or Boone) and either work or volunteer in public service or be enrolled in college or graduate school. Candidates must pledge to meet several commitments, including serving on a Focus Area Committee, volunteering at the Annual Dinner and other events, participating in a Board Committee, and sharing their experiences via social media. Previous recipients of the LOF Membership are not eligible. Applications for the 2025 program are due by Friday, December 6, 2025. Interested candidates can download the application form from the Impact 100 Indy website. The completed application must include a resume, combined into a single PDF, and follow the required naming convention for submission. Questions or concerns can be sent to the same email address with "Scholarship" included in the subject line to ensure proper forwarding. Key dates for the 2025 program include the release of the application form on October 14, 2025, and the announcement of recipients in January 2026.
