Funding is available for new or existing programs, but for ongoing efforts, any expenses incurred before July 2025 are not eligible for reimbursement. All funded efforts must have a clearly defined timeline and measurable outcomes. The application window opens on Tuesday, July 1, 2025, and closes on Thursday, July 31, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. All submissions must be completed within this timeframe.
