Vitalyst Health Foundation Spark Grants

Spark Grants are designed to support collaborations on their path to addressing systemic change. These grants focus on the planning phase, providing funds for partners to explore solutions, rather than funding an already identified solution. Spark Grants aim to foster systemic change by supporting the early stages of collaboration, emphasizing the need for time to develop effective solutions that address complex community health issues. The grant encourages projects that articulate how health and well-being outcomes could be positively affected by potential systems change, demonstrating a readiness and capacity of the partners to work collaboratively, with a clear equity lens approach, and intersecting two or more elements of a healthy community.
