CDBG 2024 NOFA

The CDBG 2024 NOFA aims to allocate approximately $34 million in federal funds for Community Development Block Grant to develop viable communities by providing decent affordable housing, expanding economic opportunities, and developing suitable infrastructure for the benefit of Low- and Moderate-Income (LMI) persons, families, households, and neighborhoods. The program is designed to reduce disparities and increase racial and socioeconomical equity in communities. Eligible applicants include non-entitlement Units of Local Government such as cities, counties, and municipalities. The application deadline is December 30, 2024, with an expected award announcement in May 2025. The period of performance for awarded projects is 33 months.
