For-Profit microenterprise business owners with 5 or fewer employees including independent artists, musicians, women, and minorities located within the City limits of Glendale Arizona. If the business is involved in one of the following activities, it is ineligible to receive funds: Residential landlord/developer Franchise Hotel/motel Liquor Store Chain store Financial/ Lending institution Pvt Club, fraternity/sorority organization Adult oriented business or sexually prurient business The business must be a for-profit business The business must be located within the City of Glendale limits.
