If the business is involved in one of the following activities, it is ineligible to receive funds: Residential landlord/developer Franchise Hotel/motel Liquor Store Chain store Financial/ Lending institution Pvt Club, fraternity/sorority organization Adult oriented business or sexually prurient business The business must be a for-profit business The business must be located within the City of Glendale limits.
