Community Grant Program 2025-2026

The City of Pleasanton's Community Grant Program – Youth Category provides funding to nonprofit organizations that offer youth programs benefiting Pleasanton residents. The program is designed to enhance the quality of life in the community by supporting projects in arts, culture, and youth services. Funding is awarded through a competitive process, with the Youth Commission reviewing applications and making recommendations to the Pleasanton City Council. Grants can be used for seed funding, capital projects, and operational costs for direct services, but administrative expenses are not covered. Applicants must submit their proposals through the online platform ZoomGrants by February 4, 2025. All applicants are required to attend a mandatory Youth Commission meeting on April 16, 2025, where some may be asked to present their projects. Successful applicants will receive funding starting July 1, 2025, and must complete their projects by June 30, 2026. Midterm and final reports are required to ensure compliance with grant guidelines.
