Grant Description

The FY24 NAWCAD Office-Wide Broad Agency Announcement (BAA), N00421-24-S-0001, solicits white papers for research and development (R&D) to advance technologies supporting naval aviation. The BAA is open to a wide range of applicants, including academia, businesses, and non-traditional defense contractors. Additional Requirements

All responsible sources capable of satisfying the Governmentโ€™s needs, including academia (colleges and universities); businesses (large, small, small disadvantaged, etc.); other organizations (including non-profit); and entities (foreign and domestic) may submit proposals under this BAA. Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) and Minority Institutions (MIs) are encouraged to submit white papers and join others in submitting white papers. However, no portion of this BAA will be set aside for Small Business or other socio-economic participation. All businesses, both small and large, are encouraged to submit white papers and compete for funding consideration.
