The Community Foundation's Community Opportunity Grant Program aims to enhance the quality of life across Grand Forks, Walsh, or Polk County by supporting programs, projects, and activities in areas such as Community & Human Services, Environmental Sustainability, and Human Rights. The program is designed to conserve natural resources, promote human services, and encourage understanding and respect for human rights through various means, including education and conflict resolution.
