Storefront Signage The signage MUST be placed at the primary location of the business. Grants in this category are a 50/50 cash match, up to $1,500. • Purchase and install a new storefront sign. The sign must adhere to the Town Sign Code in Municipal Code 16.10. New Equipment Up to $3,000 towards new equipment. This will be to upgrade your current equipment as a means to increase sales. Such items could include new espresso machines, new laser cutters, updated point-of-sale systems, etc. Grants in this category are a 50/50 cash match, up to $3,000. Façade Upgrade Up to $5,000 towards façade upgrades on your business – these upgrades must improve the curb appeal of your property. Anyone interested in this category must have a conversation with the Economic Development Coordinator before applying. Grants in this category are a 50/50 cash match, up to $5,000.

Additional Requirements

- $2,500 will be awarded to non-profit organizations, and the remainder of the funds will be allocated to for-profit businesses. - For-profit businesses must be located within Cedaredge zip code 81413 or have participated in Applefest within the last two years. Businesses must be open for at least 12 months before applying and remain open for 12 months after receiving funds.
