Lead applicants must be a local, county, or Tribal government, nonprofit organization, Community Based Organization (βCBOβ), school, school district, or a university. CAMP Implementation Phase projects must be community-focused in nature, and a development process must have been completed prior to this grant application which included engagement with partners, community members, and other stakeholders. Applications must be submitted by a lead applicant. Applicants are encouraged to submit CAMP Implementation Phase applications with a strong set of community-focused partners as well as technical and funding partners needed to successfully implement a community-based mobility project. The lead applicant must clearly describe the relationship with other partners in the application. If awarded, the lead applicant shall be the party that enters into a contract with CAE/CEO and will be considered responsible for managing all aspects of the project, including submitting deliverables and ongoing reporting.
