To be eligible, organizations must be 501(c)(3) nonprofits, governmental entities, or educational institutions, and must operate (or provide services) within Faulkner, Conway, Perry, and/or Van Buren counties (Arkansas).

The applicant must operate under formal governance (e.g., articles of incorporation/bylaws), demonstrate program effectiveness and financial accountability, and offer services aligned with United Way’s mission in health & safety, education, or income stability.

Organizations cannot be current year United Way Partner Agencies, though prior or prospective partner agencies may apply.

The project must have measurable goals, an evaluation plan, and the grantee must commit to acknowledging United Way in promotional materials. After one year, a written report is required.
