2025 Project Neighborly Grants Program

The Whatcom Community Foundation’s Project Neighborly (PN) grants aim to strengthen community connections by fostering neighborliness and encouraging interactions among people who might not otherwise meet. These grants support creative, actionable, and impactful projects that promote a sense of community in both rural and urban areas of Whatcom County. Grants of up to $5,000 are available for projects and activities that inspire collaboration, inclusivity, and community building.
