The 2024 TD Ready Challenge invites applications from charitable and non-profit organizations with innovative approaches to support underserved small business owners. This initiative seeks to assist in developing, launching, or growing businesses, aiming to disrupt systemic barriers and promote an inclusive entrepreneurial environment across North America. Applicants are encouraged to propose novel strategies, technologies, or partnerships. Eligible non-profits and community organizations in Canada and the US can apply for grants of CDN $1 million and USD $1 million, respectively. Applications must be submitted through the online portal by 4:00 p.m. E.D.T. on September 5, 2024. The challenge, in its seventh year, supports initiatives in areas where TD operates, including all of Canada and specific US states within TD's Retail footprint, as well as the Metro Detroit area. Only one application per organization is allowed, and complete financial documentation is required. A total of ten grants will be awarded, distributed in up to three annual installments based on project length. Progress reports are mandatory, and the grant must be utilized within three years of the award date.
