2025-2026 TB Elimination Alliance Mini-Grant Program
This funding opportunity supports community organizations in raising awareness and improving education and treatment for tuberculosis among high-risk populations.
The Tuberculosis (TB) Elimination Alliance (TEA) Mini-Grant Program supports community-based initiatives aimed at enhancing awareness, education, provider training, and quality improvement efforts related to latent TB infection (LTBI) and TB disease. Up to 10 grants of $10,000 will be awarded to organizations working with populations at increased risk for TB. Applicants must submit a detailed project narrative, budget using the provided template, a timeline of activities, and at least one letter of support. Technical assistance and access to CDC-aligned materials will be provided throughout the 8-month grant term (September 1, 2025 โ April 30, 2026). Eligible organizations include community-based nonprofits and health centers with the ability to directly implement the project and provide ongoing data and reports. Applications are due June 20, 2025, via the TEA online portal. For more information, applicants are encouraged to contact tea@aapcho.org or attend information sessions on May 29 or May 30, 2025.
