Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana Foundation announces New Horizons Grant

The New Horizons Grant offers up to $25,000 to Louisiana-based 501(c)(3) nonprofits for innovative projects addressing health or community well-being issues. This one-year grant supports projects that create new resources or services, pilot novel solutions, reimagine existing resources in more effective ways, or conduct previously unexplored research. Funds are disbursed in a single payment and do not require matching funds. Applications begin with an online Letter of Intent (LOI) submitted through SmartSimple by quarterly deadlines on March 1, June 1, September 1, or December 1. This grant is ideal for organizations focused on pioneering solutions to enhance health and community impact in Louisiana.
