2025 Baldwin Leadership Grant Program
This program provides $5,000 grants to local leaders employed by Community Benefit Organizations in Lancaster County to support their personal projects while participating in an 18-month leadership development series.
The Baldwin Leadership Program, offered by the Lancaster County Community Foundation, is a specialized leadership development opportunity supporting personal growth, community engagement, and cross-sector collaboration. The program offers a $5,000 grant award to each selected participant to fund a personally designed project. Additionally, participants will engage in an 18-month series of workshops focusing on self-reflection, bridge-building, and fostering joyfulness in leadership. Participation in monthly cohort meetings is mandatory throughout the 18-month program. The Baldwin Leadership Program Class of 2027 will include seven local leaders, selected through a competitive application process. Applicants must be employed by a Community Benefit Organization (CBO) serving Lancaster County. Applications must be submitted online by July 18, 2025. Prior to applying, applicants are encouraged to review the foundation’s eligibility requirements and access the information sheet detailing application questions and evaluation criteria. Zoom office hours with the Programs Team were held earlier in the year for additional applicant support. Questions about the program can be directed to Senior Program Officer Fran Rodriguez.
