Ida Housing Recovery and Reimbursement Program - Program Administration Services

The Resilient Homes and Communities (RHC) office of the Housing Trust Fund Corporation (HTFC), part of New York State Homes and Community Renewal (HCR), invites eligible applicants to administer the Ida Housing Recovery and Reimbursement (IHRR) program. This NOFA aims to make up to $13,500,000 available to non-profit housing developers to provide services in Dutchess, Nassau, Orange, Rockland, Suffolk, and Westchester Counties. The program assists storm-impacted residences with reimbursements and repairs, capped at $50,000 per homeowner and $400,000 for substantial construction projects. Applications must be submitted by October 27, 2023, for an initial three-year contract, with a possible extension based on need and RHC staff discretion.
