Fall Texas Bar Foundation Grant

The Texas Bar Foundation is dedicated to supporting the rule of law and the justice system in Texas. By soliciting charitable contributions, it funds initiatives that enhance legal ethics, provide legal assistance to the needy, encourage legal research and publications, educate the public about the judiciary, and support the administration of justice. The Foundation awards grants exclusively to 501(c)3 organizations operating within Texas, focusing on projects that align with its mission. State and local bar associations categorized under 501(c)6, along with governmental entities at various levels, are also eligible to apply for project-based support. The Foundation emphasizes that individual grant applications are not accepted, and special guidelines are available for entities affiliated with the State Bar of Texas. Grant applications are limited to one per fiscal year (June 1 - May 31), with a strict submission deadline to ensure fairness and adherence to guidelines. Collaboration features in the application process allow for multi-departmental input, ensuring a comprehensive proposal submission. Grant renewed every year. Annual Fall deadline: July 15th
