The Visiting Nurse Association (VNA) Foundation, established in 1890 by Jane Addams, provides grants supporting home- and community-based healthcare services for medically underserved residents of metro-Chicago, including Cook, Lake, McHenry, DuPage, Kane, and Will counties. Grants, which range from $35,000 to $50,000 on average, with a maximum of up to $80,000, support various health services categories such as primary/chronic care, mental health, and more.
