San Antonio Junior Forum

The San Antonio Junior Forum (SAJF) provides grants to nonprofit organizations in the San Antonio region to support projects that benefit economically, emotionally, or physically disadvantaged individuals. SAJF, a volunteer women's organization established in 1961, aims to enhance civic, educational, and philanthropic awareness while serving those in need. Eligible nonprofits must be 501(c)(3) organizations with a chapter in Bexar County or surrounding counties. The maximum grant request is $20,000, and applications must focus on specific projects that align with SAJF's mission. Key dates for the 2024-2025 grant cycle include: September 1, 2024: Grant application and guidelines available for download. November 1, 2024: Grant application submission deadline. March 15, 2025: Notification of grant recipients. April 30, 2025: Distribution of grant checks during site visits. May 1, 2025: Deadline for grant recipients to provide proof of publicity. March 1, 2026: Deadline for recipients to submit receipts proving the purchase of funded items. Grant applications should be submitted via email to grants@sajuniorforum.org by the November deadline.
