As with other grant programs, no reimbursement will be provided for expenses incurred before the grant award date or for unapproved purchases. Once approved, recipients have 120 days to submit all required documentation for reimbursement, including receipts, photos or screenshots of purchased items, and proof of payment (such as canceled checks or credit card receipts). Missing the 120-day deadline will result in forfeiture of funds.
