The application window runs from September 12, 2024, at 5 PM CST through November 12, 2024, until 5 PM CST. Eligible applicants include local government units, IRS Code §501(c)(19) organizations for past or present Armed Forces members, §501(c)(3) nonprofits authorized to do business in Texas, and Texas chapters of §501(c)(4) Veteran’s Service Organizations.
