Grant Description

The United Way of York County (UWYC) has announced its 2025-2026 Financial Stability Partner Grants, inviting organizations to collaborate on its Bold Goal of helping York County families achieve financial stability. This funding opportunity emphasizes program performance evaluation, shared performance measures, and fostering collaboration among community partners. Eligible programs fall into one of three funding categories: Financial Literacy, Workforce Development, and Economic and Family Support. Organizations interested in applying must submit a Letter of Interest to UWYC staff by December 18, 2024. This step is essential for consideration in the grant process. For questions regarding the grants or application process, applicants can contact Emily Pate, Director of Collective Impact, at epate@unitedwayofyc.org. Partners who received a Financial Stability Partner Grant for 2024-2025 will receive direct communication about the Recertification Process for continued funding. For currently funded United Way partners operating from July 1, 2024, to June 30, 2025, several resources and reporting deadlines are outlined. Agencies must submit quarterly impact and finance reports to remain in compliance with funding requirements. The deadlines for these reports are: July 31, 2024: Initial Finance Report due. October 31, 2024: Quarter One Impact and Finance Reports due. January 31, 2025: Quarter Two Impact and Finance Reports due. April 30, 2025: Quarter Three Impact and Finance Reports due. July 31, 2025: Quarter Four Impact Report due. This funding initiative provides an opportunity for organizations to address key financial challenges faced by families in York County while collaborating with United Way to deliver measurable and meaningful impact. Prospective applicants are encouraged to submit their Letters of Interest by the December 18 deadline and contact UWYC for guidance throughout the application process.
