Grant Description

The Community Partnership Foundation (CPF), a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, administers a grant program aimed at providing charitable funding to local nonprofit organizations that foster positive change within their communities. CPF is particularly committed to supporting initiatives that promote community cohesion and inclusivity. Emphasizing dignity and quality of life, the foundation encourages applications from organizations whose work clearly contributes to these values in York and Greenville Counties. The grant program is structured to fund programs and projects that merge community involvement, innovative ideas, and resource investments. CPF places a strong emphasis on supporting efforts that generate measurable and meaningful community impact. Special consideration is given to those proposals demonstrating the potential for significant outcomes. The foundation is also committed to nurturing a vibrant nonprofit ecosystem by acknowledging the unique role such organizations play in shaping a culturally inclusive society. This funding opportunity is specifically available to nonprofit organizations either based in or serving York County or Greenville County. Eligible applicants must either hold 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status, be in the process of obtaining such status, or operate under the fiscal sponsorship of another 501(c)(3) organization. CPF will award six grants of up to $5,000 each during the 2025 Fall Grant Cycle. In addition, selected recipients are recognized at CPFโ€™s Annual Charity Golf Tournament, which also functions as a platform to honor their achievements and contributions. A separate opportunity exists for organizations wishing to be considered as recipients of the charity golf tournament. These recipients, distinct from the six general grantees, will receive $10,000. Organizations that accept this distinction must commit to a two-year hiatus from applying again and are expected to provide volunteers or other assistance at the event. All grant applications must be submitted in full by July 18, 2025. The process requires detailed responses to all listed questions. Organizations that receive funding in the 2025 Fall cycle will be ineligible to reapply until Fall 2026. Selected grantees must send a representative to the charity golf tournament to accept the grant award in person. Contact information and specific application questions were not provided in the public information reviewed. Interested applicants should visit the CPF website for additional instructions and to complete the application form. CPF has previously supported a range of local organizations including Habitat for Humanity of York County, Safe Passage, Inc., NAMI Piedmont Tri-County, and others, signaling their broad commitment to impactful community initiatives.
