Village of Calumet DDA Large-Scale Project Grants

The Village of Calumet Downtown Development Authority (DDA) offers grants to support large-scale projects within the DDA district. These grants aim to enhance community development and economic vitality by funding building or property improvements such as windows, roofs, HVAC, facades, and sidewalk repairs. Eligible projects must be valued at a minimum of $100,000, with grant requests ranging from $5,000 to $10,000. All projects must be located within the DDA district and comply with local ordinances and taxes. Applications are reviewed based on eligibility, project feasibility, alignment with DDA goals, and financial leverage. The grant program operates on a rolling application basis within the DDA's annual budget cycle from March 1 to February 28.
