The New York State Office of Addiction Services and Supports (OASAS) has announced the availability of funding to support mobile outreach services aimed at expanding harm reduction education, resources, and linkages. The primary goal of the initiative is to reduce drug-related fatalities, prevent the transmission of infectious diseases such as HIV and Hepatitis C (HCV), and improve access to care for those in need.
