The Clinton County Community Foundation (CCCF) 2025 Grant Program provides funding to support specific projects, equipment purchases, and capital improvements benefiting Clinton County, Pennsylvania. Only one copy of the IRS 501(c)3 determination letter, IRS Form 990, and Pennsylvania Bureau of Corporations and Charitable Organizations registration is needed. For equipment over $500 or capital improvement projects, applicants must submit at least two quotes or bids.
Project proposals should include a clear statement of purpose, a description of the problem or need the project addresses, and details on project costs and funding sources. Applicants are encouraged, though not required, to seek additional funding from other sources to demonstrate financial sustainability. If CCCF funding is awarded, an evaluative report is due by December 1, 2025, detailing project outcomes and expenditures. Grantees must also return any unspent funds at the end of the award year.
