FY24-25 Identity Theft and Fraud Grant (IDTF)
This program provides financial support to local law enforcement agencies in Florida to help them investigate cases of identity theft and fraud.
The Identity Theft and Fraud (IDTF) grant program supports local law enforcement agencies in Florida for investigating personal identification information theft and fraud. Funded through criminal fines for qualifying identity theft convictions, the program issues awards contingent on legislative appropriation. If funding is discontinued, all applications will be rescinded. Grants are awarded for a 12-month period from July 1, 2024, to June 30, 2025. Approximately 15 awards of up to $10,000 each are anticipated. Applications are processed on a first come, first served basis until funds are depleted.
