The Community Environmental Enhancement Grant (CEEG) supports local non-profits and school groups in projects that promote environmental sustainability. For fiscal year 2024-2025, applications are accepted from November 4 to December 5, 2024, until 5:00 PM. Eligible projects include water conservation initiatives like drip irrigation and rain barrels, waste reduction efforts such as litter collection and recycling, energy conservation through LED replacements, food diversion like composting, and educational programs on environmental topics. Grants range from $2,000 to $4,500, and completed applications should be emailed to TOgrants@toaks.gov. Award notifications are expected in March 2025, and all projects must be completed by February 2026.
