Genetic Architecture of Mental Disorders in Ancestrally Diverse Populations II (U24 Clinical Trial Not Allowed)
The "Genetic Architecture of Mental Disorders in Ancestrally Diverse Populations II" grant aims to expand the existing mental health research network to include larger studies, provide guidance to the scientific community, and support career development for researchers from low-resource settings worldwide.
The purpose of this NOFO is to build upon the NIMH supported APN and further expand it into APN2 to include larger, more comprehensive studies that address current gaps in the field. The CC created under this initiative will further facilitate network-wide collaborative activities which will enhance the value of the unique data resource to be created by the network projects, develop much needed guidance to the scientific community and promote career development and research capacity building for investigators from low resource settings around the globe.
