Go Big Grant
This grant provides funding to colleges and nonprofit organizations to implement strategies that improve student success, reduce completion times, and close equity gaps in education.
The College Success Grants - Go Big supports institutions in scaling evidence-based improvements aligned to a coherent institutional student success strategy and theory of change. The grant aims to reduce time to credential, increase student persistence, improve completion rates for all learners, and eliminate equity gaps. Eligible applicants include community colleges, tribal colleges, public colleges and universities, and nonprofit organizations partnering with a college/university. Applications are submitted through the EGrAMS Portal, with deadlines on April 12, July 12, and October 18. Pre-review opportunities are available for feedback before final submission. Grant awards range from $600,000 to $1,000,000 for a project duration of up to 3 years. Applications are evaluated based on readiness, alignment to institutional strategic plans, grounding in evidence-based student success frameworks, commitment of a cross-functional leadership team, and a well-developed plan for sustaining and scaling improvements beyond the grant period.
