Eligible Applicants

Additional Requirements

Must be located within Oakley City Limits. A valid City of Oakley Business License is required. Private corporations, LLCs, and similar entities are welcome. Publicly traded companies are not eligible. Must have fewer than 25 employees. Proof of financial hardship due to the pandemic. Business must have an "active" status with the California Secretary of State. Must have commenced operations before March 17th, 2020.
