Small Grants to addresses COVID-19 Impacts or advances Racial Equity in Connecticut

Small nonprofit organizations in Connecticut are eligible to apply for grants of up to $15,000 from The Community Foundation for Greater New Haven. Priority will be given to projects addressing COVID-19 impacts or advancing racial equity. Applicants must meet the Foundation's minimum eligibility requirements, be tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) or have a fiscal agent with the appropriate tax status, serve people within the Foundation's twenty-town region, have an operating budget of $2M or less, and be up to date with all reporting requirements if they received a grant in the previous three years. Small grants can be received only once in a period of two calendar years.
