RFGA2025-010 Tobacco Education & Prevention - Santa Cruz County

The Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS), through its Bureau of Chronic Disease and Health Promotion (BCDHP) and Arizona Commercial Tobacco Control Program (ACTCP), is offering a grant opportunity to fund tobacco education and prevention efforts in Santa Cruz County. This funding is made available through Proposition 200, the Tobacco Tax and Health Care Act, which supports public health initiatives aimed at reducing tobacco use. All awarded funds must be used for the designated purpose, and no additional matching funds are required. The grant is structured as a single award, meaning only one nonprofit organization will receive the full $150,000 in funding. The application period begins on March 6, 2025, and closes on April 22, 2025.
