Webster Foundation Grants

The Webster Foundation, established by Rob and Kathy Webster, supports educational and humanitarian projects with a particular emphasis on Christian initiatives. Rooted in a commitment to uplift local communities, the Foundation focuses its grantmaking efforts within the Ripon, Wisconsin area and its surrounding communities. Since its inception, the Webster Foundation has provided over $1.4 million in grants, matching funds, and scholarships to support organizations that strive to improve the lives of individuals and families through meaningful service and education. Eligible applicants include nonprofit organizations, churches, and local service groups that serve the geographic region encompassing Ripon, Green Lake, Princeton, Berlin, Markesan, Fairwater, Pickett, Brandon, and Rosendale. The Foundation encourages these entities to submit project proposals that align with its mission, especially those that advance Christian values through community engagement and outreach. Grant awards are offered up to a maximum of $5,000. All applicants must complete and submit an online application form through the Foundation’s grant portal. Only online submissions will be considered, and all required materials must be submitted before the deadline. There are no pre-application steps, and the process is streamlined to ensure equitable access to funding for local community groups. The application deadline for this grant cycle is December 15, 2025. All applications will be reviewed after the deadline, with funding decisions expected to be announced in January 2026. The Foundation does not publish specific evaluation criteria, but proposals that clearly communicate a strong community benefit, especially those aligned with educational goals or Christian service, are prioritized.
