Eligibility for this NOFO is restricted to local entities in Togo, subject to the terms and conditions mentioned in the NOFO. Local entities are defined in ADS 303.6(b) as follows: For the purposes of this section, local entity means an individual, a corporation, a nonprofit organization, or another body of persons that 1) is legally organized under the laws of, 2) has as its principal place of business or operations in, 3) is majority owned by individuals who are citizens or lawful permanent 4) residents of, and 5) managed by a governing body the majority of who are citizens or lawful 6) permanent residents of a country receiving assistance from funds appropriated under 7) title III of this Act. Only Togo Non-U.S. organizations may participate under this NOFO, subject to terms and conditions mentioned in the NOFO.
