2024 Ohio County Community Foundation Junior Grants
This program provides funding to non-profit organizations for youth-focused projects that benefit residents of Ohio County in areas such as health, education, and community development.
The Junior Grants program offers up to $500 per application, with organizations eligible to receive no more than two Junior Grants per year totaling $500 or less. Special consideration is given to youth-oriented projects and programs. Applications are accepted year-round and awarded on a first-come, first-served basis until the annual funding is depleted. Grants will be considered only for non-profit organizations whose projects/programs benefit the residents of Ohio County. Grants are awarded in the following areas: Health, Community Development, Education, Human Services and Cultural Affairs. Two members of the Foundation's Future Grant Committee and the Executive Director must approve the grant. Applications will then be submitted to the OCCF Board of Directors for final approval. (OCCF Board meets in Jan., Feb., April, May, August, Sept., and Oct., so please plan accordingly)
