Region 4: Creative Sector Flex Fund

The Pennsylvania Council on the Arts (PCA) introduces the Creative Sector Flex Fund (CSFF) for the 2023-2024 grant year, targeting dynamic PA arts organizations with annual revenue between $10,000 and $200,000. This program aims to meet the current needs of arts organizations by providing $5,000 grants that can be used flexibly for administrative, programmatic, and project-related expenses. The CSFF replaces the retired Pennsylvania Partners in the Arts’ (PPA) Entry to Program Stream and Program Stream grant programs, aligning with PCA’s strategic goals based on comprehensive feedback and research.
