Amazon Business - Small Business Grants

Amazon Business, the B2B division of Amazon, is offering its Small Business Grants program to support the growth of small businesses across the United States. The initiative reflects Amazon Business’s broader mission to empower businesses through streamlined procurement and access to resources tailored for smaller operations. The program provides a substantial package of monetary awards and additional benefits to help businesses scale their operations and increase visibility. The 2025 Amazon Business Small Business Grants offer a total prize pool exceeding $250,000. Award tiers include one Grand Prize of $25,000, four Finalist awards of $20,000 each, and ten Semi-Finalist awards of $15,000 each. In addition to the monetary grants, winners receive a year of Business Prime membership, Amazon devices (such as the Kindle Scribe, eero wifi router, Echo Show 8, and Ring security kits), and Amazon Basics office supplies. The Grand Prize recipient is also awarded $3,000 in Business Prime Rewards points, while each finalist receives $500 in rewards. Eligible applicants must be current Amazon Business customers based in the United States, with self-owned businesses generating annual revenues of $1 million or less. Applicants must also have made at least one purchase through their Amazon Business account in the 12 months prior to May 1, 2025. Only one submission per Amazon Business account is accepted, with duplicates disqualified in favor of the first entry. The application period for this cycle ran from May 1 through May 23, 2025. The application is accessible only to users signed into an Amazon Business account. Those without an account must create one to apply. Once logged in, eligible users can complete and submit the grant application directly through the platform. New users may experience up to a 48-hour delay before the application becomes visible. Entrepreneur.com partners with Amazon Business to select the 15 semi-finalists, who are then showcased on the Amazon Business platform for public voting. Amazon Business customers vote between June 16 and June 27, 2025, with only one vote accepted per account. Recipients will be announced on July 21, 2025, and winners will be contacted via the email address associated with the account administrator. The grant does not specify allowable or restricted use of funds, implying broad flexibility for recipients. Additional marketing opportunities may also be extended to winning businesses. The competition is held annually, with recurring deadlines expected around the same period each year, offering consistent opportunities for qualifying small businesses to gain recognition and support through Amazon Business.
