Grant Description

The Marshalls Good Stuff Accelerator Program is a year-long virtual development and mentorship initiative designed to support women from all walks of life in achieving meaningful personal or professional goals. Sponsored by TJX Companies, Inc. in partnership with Luminary, the program returns for its second year in 2026 and invites 40 women from across the United States, District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico to participate in an immersive experience that combines expert-led sessions, peer mentorship, and a $5,000 grant to support each participant’s individual ambitions. The Accelerator Program is open to women aged 18 and older, regardless of background or career status. Whether participants are students, caregivers, entrepreneurs, professionals, or in transition, the program is designed to help them move forward with confidence. The application period runs from September 3 to October 14, 2025. Finalists will be selected and notified between November 20 and December 11, 2025. Selected participants will begin programming in January 2026, and the program runs through December 2026. The curriculum includes a kickoff event, peer-to-peer Cru coaching groups, and five live sessions with Marshalls experts and role models, such as Vivian Tu and Keltie Knight. Sessions are structured around four core action areas: building community connections, feeling financially empowered, embracing self-worth, and showing up with confidence. Participants will also join six monthly peer mentorship meetings and receive a Luminary Collective PLUS membership, which includes access to 25+ monthly virtual events and a nationwide coworking and networking platform. Each of the 40 participants receives a one-time $5,000 grant, distributed midway through the program, to help fund their goal. To remain eligible, participants must remain actively engaged in the program and meet attendance and participation benchmarks. The program values commitment but offers flexibility with recorded sessions and periodic check-ins to support participants through life's uncertainties. Eligibility is open to legal residents of all 50 states, D.C., and Puerto Rico who identify as women and are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of TJX Companies, Luminary, and affiliated agencies, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible. The application requires responses to six narrative questions that address the applicant’s goals, barriers, proposed use of grant funds, and how they envision the program making a difference in their lives and communities. The 40 Grand Prize winners are selected by a judging panel using a rubric that evaluates clarity of goals, feasibility, need, potential impact, and alignment with Marshalls' program pillars. Each prize includes a $5,000 check and access to the year-long Luminary program, with an estimated total value of $8,588 per participant. Prize recipients may be subject to background checks and are expected to uphold a code of conduct throughout the program duration. Participation is subject to applicable laws and compliance with program rules.
