These include government entities, organizations applying through a fiscal sponsor, and those whose primary purpose is to raise funds for other organizations. Additionally, organizations that require participants to engage in religious programming are also excluded from eligibility. Applications must be submitted on time and in complete form, as late or incomplete submissions will not be considered. The evaluation of applications will prioritize organizations with a proven track record in improving financial literacy and employability, those using evidence-based approaches, and those demonstrating financial and organizational strength.
