The Refugee Agricultural Partnership Program (RAPP), forecasted by the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and the Administration for Children and Families (ACF), is a grant opportunity (HHS-2025-ACF-ORR-ZR-0103) designed to support agricultural and food system services that improve the economic, physical, and psychosocial well-being of refugee families in the United States.
