This evaluation should include at least one fall-related outcome, such as the incidence of falls, fall injuries, or hospital transfers due to falls, with a control group for comparison. This funding is anticipated to support one award of up to $700,000 per year, for a total project period of four years and a maximum funding of $2,800,000. Eligible applicants include state governments, county governments, federally recognized tribal entities, and other public or nonprofit organizations.
