ECOSYSTEM Grant Program
This program provides funding to organizations that support innovative initiatives aimed at empowering under-served entrepreneurs in North Carolina, particularly those in rural areas, women, and minorities.
The NC IDEA Foundation is accepting applications for the ECOSYSTEM Grant Program until December 5, 2024. This program aims to support organizations that are executing innovative ideas to strengthen North Carolina's entrepreneurial ecosystem, particularly focusing on under-served entrepreneurs. The goal is to select and fund approximately twelve proposals that primarily focus on under-served entrepreneurs located in eligible rural counties, identifying as female, and/or identifying as minority or persons of color. Applicants can request up to $100,000 in funding, which will be disbursed between the execution of the Grant Agreement and December 2025, with all project activities concluding by June 2026.
